Therapy
Patrizia offers specialised one-on-one therapy sessions.
Our centre is a beautiful private residence in SE London, close to public transport (busses, trains and overground), with free parking, a garden and private woodland. Tibbs the cat is one of our residents but is not often seen. Should you need any further information, please let us know.

If you wish to cancel an appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice, otherwise, you will be liable for the full cost of the session.
Payment is made at the end of each session in cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Therapy
One session lasts for 50 minutes.
Rates per therapy session: £85 (individuals) ; £120 (individuals via insurance/company cover) ; £120 (couples) ; £150 (families).
Advanced payment option for 5 sessions (individuals only): £400.
The five sessions have to be used up within a period of 3 months. If you do not use up your block booking within this time, any left over sessions will expire.
Advanced payment option for 10 sessions (individuals only): £750.
The ten sessions have to be used up within a period of six months. If you do not use up your block booking within this time, any left over sessions will expire.
Therapy involves regular sessions (usually between 8 to 16) in which Dr Collard leads you through therapeutic interventions and mindful meditation in order to help you come to terms with mental illness, addiction, and the anxieties of day-to-day life.
Other Information
Possible concessions are available for those in full-time education, retired, or unemployed.

MBCT Introduction for Stressreduction (10-Part) One to One
This course offers those with an interest in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy an opportunity to explore the Eight Step MBCT programme developed by Williams, Segal and Teasdale within a 10 part 1h30 hour face to face or Skype format in London and Vienna and Skype around the world.
“The intention of this course is to provide participants with an experiential understanding of MBCT. In each session, participants will encounter a number of meditation practices and cognitive-behavioral exercises to explore on a direct, personal level.” Mindfulness has been researched for many years and publications show that MBCT can help people reduce stress, low mood, anxiety, pain, addiction and assist to restore health after experiencing burn-out, cancer, high-blood pressure etc.”
The course is accompanied by a handout and downloads to support the home-practice.
This course does not equip participants to teach the MBCT programme, but will help to establish or deepen a personal meditation practice, which forms a necessary foundation for training at a later state to become a trainer in Mindfulness-based Approaches (UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Trainers, Good Practice Guidelines).

Other Information: The course fee includes three meditation CDs, course hand-outs and one half-hour post-course tutorial by telephone or email (to be arranged in person with Dr Collard at the end of the course and taken within two months). Attendance certificates (CPD) and invoices can be provided. Participants are invited to arrange a telephone interview with Dr Collard prior to booking.
NOTE: This course is not recommended for people who have recently been bereaved or are presently suffering from clinical depression, psychosis or suicidal ideation.
Coaching
One session lasts for 90 minutes.
Rates per coaching session: £120 (individuals only).
Coaching involves a short period of intensive, skills-based work on mindful meditation (usually one to five sessions) in which Dr Collard teaches you the essential skills of MBCT in order to prevent stress and anxiety through self-administration. NOTE: Coaching is not designed for those already suffering from mental illnesses or addiction [see ‘Therapy’].
Professional Supervision
Rates per supervision session: £75 (individuals only).
Supervision involves an observation of your professional/developing practice by Dr Collard, who will offer advice and ways to improve on your skills and methodology. This is available for both CBT and MBCT practitioners.
5 Supervision sessions: £350; 10 Sessions: £650 if paid in advance via bank transfer.
