Become A Respected Mindfulness Teacher and Train People in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Develop your teaching style and deepen your MBCT Teaching

We have slightly changed our TD2 format to make it more accessible for our students!

Ahead of starting, you'll need to teach 2 x 8 week (supervised) MBCT courses.

Here’s an overview of the structure:

1) A three day online retreat - 20 to 22nd September
A retreat is also something that you’ll need to do to join the BAMBA register.

2) Monday 24th (September) 19.00 - 21.00 online zoom training 'The role of the teacher.'

3) Tues 25th (September) 19.00 - 21.00 online zoom training 'The use of Inquiry'

4) 4th - Sunday 6th (October) live demonstration of each TD2 student guiding each other through one session of the 8 week course. (Exact times to be announced) at Honour Oak Park

The cost of TD2 (excluding supervision) is £970.00.

During your training, we will focus on three key concepts:

Become a MBCT Teacher

Developing your teaching practice, refine your skills and understanding of the MBCT programme and its underpinning themes, drawn from science, psychology, and Buddhism.

Become a Mindfulness Teacher

Exploring and expanding your teaching style and understanding 'the persona of the teacher' - how you relate to yourself, your participants (both individually and as a group), and the teaching process itself.

Become a mindfulness coach

Deepening your mindfulness practice, giving you a solid foundation to support your clients and participants in the future

By the end of the day programme, you will be fully qualified and ready to offer the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Teaching Programme.
