Teach mindfulness to the world
Our next Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training Course starts in October.
Become a mindfulness-based cognitive therapy teacher
Share the life-changing insights you experienced from mindfulness with the world by becoming a teacher. The best way to truly master something is to learn how to teach it, and at Enter Mindfulness we are passionate about helping you take your practice further and gain the confidence to teach with our MBCT teacher training.
“If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.”
― Yogi Bhajan
Our teacher training is underpinned by three principles:
Building a strong foundation of mindfulness practice.
Learning through doing with a teacher present.
Personal support through small classes, individual attention and one-to-one sessions.

MBCT teacher training
Enter Mindfulness is one of the world’s first organisations to offer Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training, having trained people to teach MBCT for over 15 years.
With our MBCT teacher training, we teach you a form of MBCT that is accessible to the general population to help manage stress, anxiety, burnout and other issues as well as being used in a clinical setting.
MBCT is generally seen as the gold standard in mindfulness training, with decades of glowing evidence supporting its effectiveness. It is proven to significantly decrease stress, worry, depression and anxiety as well as being more effective than anti-depressants in preventing the relapse of depression.
MBCT improves sleep quality and is the only mindfulness course given "key priority" status by NICE for use in the NHS

What our students think
Thousands of individuals have transformed their lives for the better after completing our courses. Thanks to expert guidance and renewed confidence, many have become great teachers themselves. Here’s what some of them have to say:
“Patrizia’s method of teachig the MBCT is refreshing and fun as she creates and embeds the Mindfulness theory into accessible and practical language. We are grateful for the support and encouragement that she has assisted us with professional development, and without her enthusiasm and ongoing support, we would not have achieved a BAFTA award for innovative practice within the NHS Mental Health Service. We have no hesitation in recommending Dr Collard as a Teacher, facilitator and supervisor of Mindfulness (MBCT) , and hope that you enjoy the training as much as we have.”
— CARON PICKFORD-PERRY TRAUMA PSYCHOTHERAPIST, NHS
