The course will take you through the entire journey, supporting and nurturing you personally, so you’ll be ready to start teaching.

Our meditation teacher training programme is designed to be flexible and fit in with your everyday life. You won’t have to take time off work as you can fit the majority of the training in at home around your commitments.
