We have benefited greatly from the wise teaching of Dr Collard, she has guided us through the MBCT Teacher training and continues to offer us supervision of our work within the NHS.
Her approach to teaching is friendly and engaging, this enables us to explore and examine our questions in a safe and comfortable relationship. Dr Collard has a great sense of humour and draws upon her observations of life in a meaningful and humanistic manner, often using metaphors to communicate the message.
Her method of teaching the MBCT is refreshing and fun as she creates and embeds the Mindfulness theory into accessible and practical language. Dr Collard is a talented Clinician and Teacher who integrates creative and therapeutic interventions within this teaching. We are grateful for the support and encouragement that she has assisted us with professional development, and without her enthusiasm and ongoing support we would not have achieved a BAFTA award for innovative practice within the NHS Mental Health Service (Black Country Foundation Trust).
We were able to offer our own 8 session programme to staff which started out as a face to face delivery, and then due to the pandemic we moved to online group work. In addition to this we joined up with two colleagues to offer a monthly drop in online mindfulness session. Delivering our work in this way was daunting as it was new to us, but with Dr Collard’s support and enthusiasm we were able to gain proficiency in working in this way. The impact of this investment of skills within us can be evidenced in our clinical work with our individual patient feedback, and positive feedback from staff groups.
We have future plans to continue to develop the service for staff and patients well-being.
We have no hesitation in recommending Dr Collard as a Teacher, facilitator and supervisor of Mindfulness (MBCT) , and hope that you enjoy the training as much as we have.

Patrizia's teaching style has always been something I’ve valued so highly because she had the research and academic acumen but also the warmth, compassion and humanity to connect to her mindfulness and therapy teachings.
It can’t be underestimated how important it is to have a teacher that makes the neuroscience and mindfulness concepts not only accessible but deeply understood by me - so I can have an elegant understanding of mindfulness and therapy.
Our time together has brought depth so I can be creative and use my own knowledge to confidently transform the lives of others. Thanks Patty!

I would absolutely recommend Enter Mindfulness for anyone who’s considering training in MBCT.
I found Patrizia’s supervision so helpful in bringing my existing knowledge to the course but ensuring that Mindfulness and all its wonderful teachings were still the focus.
Being online was great. It made juggling studying and practising alongside managing my own business and personal commitments so much easier, less stressful and more mindful!
I loved the smaller groups throughout the pathway, it felt like a really personalised experience and I always felt comfortable sharing.
I also learned so much from the other teachers in training, with us all coming from various backgrounds, which was lovely and another bonus of being online.
Patrizias knowledge and experience are astounding. Learning from her has been so enjoyable and her guidance throughout my development has been both comforting and invaluable’
