My training with you in 2013 has stayed with me all this time and probably saved my life as I became equipped with the most necessary life tools.
The training was indeed intense but I recall so many fine details. I remember how you would eat your lunch as if it were the first time you had ever eaten. I was so inspired by how you taught and noticed us. I was so happy lying down as I felt I could have a sleep, but oh no, you weren't having that as we all know Mindfulness is all about noticing, observing, wakefulness, falling awake and I was so desperate to sleep. How pleased I never did, I may have missed the beautiful poem, The Guest House by Rumi.
Your kind nurturing personality gave me the confidence to continue my Mindfulness journey these past 8 years and I have taught lots of people many aspects of mindfulness based on the famous 8 week course together with my own personal touch of humanity.

In my experience, having a daily mindfulness practice, the right teaching qualifications and the intention of becoming a meaningful mindfulness teacher does not guarantee a smooth path of mindfulness teaching.
The support, wisdom and compassion of Patrizia’s supervision has been invaluable to me; for feeling held and guided during the difficult times and for continuing my lifelong learning in how to live, work and teach more mindfully.

The MBCT Td1 and 2 were taught in a very supportive way in very relaxing surroundings, as it is in a home setting which makes it more comfortable, like a bit of a cocoon.
I also completed the self-compassion mindfulness course with Patrizia and this too was wonderful and taught with compassion and kindness.
