Getting to know the three-step breathing space

Are you after 1 meditation that you can use whenever you’re in a bind? The three step breathing space from MBCT is designed to be used whenever things get rough.

You can use it before a meeting, presentation, date, awkward chat with a neighbour or your first meditation class with a new group.
